What we produce
At our state-of-the-art production facilities in Heino and Bourtange (both in the Netherlands) we produce our products for garden inhabitants. From fat balls to custom recipes based on your specifications, there is a good chance we can produce it for you. We are proud to produce over 125.000 fatballs, netfeeders and peanutbutter for garden visitors per day, making us one of the largest producers in terms of volume in the Netherlands.

Tailormade production options
We are happy to discuss the production options with you. Many aspects are open for customization to create a product for garden inhabitants with your unique signature. This includes options such as different netting colours, attachment methods and of course the composition of the recipe of the final product.
We excel in the production of fat balls, peanut nets and our renowned peanutbutter for garden inhabitants. We can produce a wide range of food mixes in nets ranging from 10cm to 150cm, optionally combined with fat balls.

Packaging
We deliver our products in packaging tailored to your needs. A wide variety of packaging options is available, and we can apply your own label. Packaging options include
- Our products can be packed in polynets, small buckets, bags and flowpack;
- Polynets deliverable in various mesh sized and a wide range of colours;
- Buckets from 1 litre to 10 litres.
- Our flowpack packaging machine can producte several packages, package nets and fat balls, with or without a tray.
- Peanutbutter for birds are available in jars of glass or plastic in several sizes.
Net packaging
Most of our net packaging is sealed using ultrasonic welding. This method is strong and environmentally friendly, as it allows sealing without the need for metal clips.
Weighing
Our multihead weigher can package any desired weight in nets with exceptional accuracy—one of the most precise systems available.
Mixing
Our horizontal mixers ensure optimal homogeneity for fat-based blends. For dry ingredients, our vertical mixers combine high speed with excellent mixing performance.
